Heading One

The Glyders start abruptly at Capel Curig and climb to a height of 3279ft along the south side of the Ogwen Valley. They then gradually descend along the west side of Nant Ffrancon. The summits of the Glyders are wild and offer spectacular views of Snowdonia.
